Apple Butter and Brie Pumpkin

Ingredients:

1 Sheet of Puffy Pastry (Thawed)
8 oz. brie cheese
¼ cup of McCutcheon’s Apple Products Apple Butter (or your favorite McCutcheon’s Spread!)
Olive oil for brushing
Cinnamon Stix
Butcher’s Twine

Steps:

Once your puffy pastry is thawed, unroll it on a flat surface.

Put the Apple butter in the center of the pastry

Place the brie on the center of the puffy pastry. Do not cut away the rind of the cheese.

Bring the corners of the pastry up and over the brie, gathering them at the top. Pinch the edges of the pastry together tightly to seal them.

Tie up the pastry to create the pumpkin structure during baking.

Lightly brush the outside of the structure with eggwash or olive oil for a crispy outer layer once baked.

Place in the air fryer at 380 for 15 minutes

Take out the pastry after baking and cut away the string. Stick a cinnamon stick in the middle of your pumpkin and your Apple Butter and Brie Pumpkin is ready to enjoy!
