Refund Policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges:

  • Purchased items must be in new and unused condition.
  • The item must still be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Depending on the terms and conditions, sale items may not qualify for a refund.
  • If you received the item as a gift and do not have a receipt you will be eligible to exchange your product.
  • Once your refund has been processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
  • If you purchased our product at a business other than the McCutcheon’s Factory retail store in Frederick, Maryland or on the McCutcheon’s website, the item must be returned or exchanged at that location.

Exchanges

Items purchased in-store may qualify to be refunded or exchanged. For shipped items, we only approve exchanges if they have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will send instructions on how you should proceed.

Exempt products

The following items can’t be refunded or exchanged:

  1. Opened products of any kind, unless defective.
  2. Products with damaged labels or missing production codes. Customer must be able to provide the production code found on the container.
  3. Products past their expiration date.
  4. Products that have spoiled due to consumer misuse.

Late or missing refunds

If after 10 business days, you have not received a refund, contact your bank and/or reach out to your credit card company. If you still do not receive your refund, please contact us at [email protected] or 301-662-3261. Please do not begin a chargeback or dispute the charge with your bank and/or credit card company without first contacting us.

  • Do not ship items back to us without first receiving instructions to do so from McCutcheon’s.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • For exchanged items, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that for shipped items, we can only issue an exchange if the items received were damaged. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
